The provisions of Article 63 apply mutatis mutandis to the case in which a judicial decision of divorce or annulment of a divorce has become final and binding.
第六十三条の規定は、離婚又は離婚取消の裁判が確定した場合にこれを準用する。
The following particulars must also be entered in a written notification regarding a divorce as set forth in the preceding paragraph:
前項に規定する離婚の届書には、次に掲げる事項をも記載しなければならない。
the name of the party designated as the person with parental authority, and the name of the children over whom that party exercises parental authority; and
親権者と定められた当事者の氏名及びその者が親権を行う子の氏名
other particulars specified by Ministry of Justice Order.
