The provisions of Article 77-2 apply mutatis mutandis to the case in which a person seeks to take the surname they were using at the time of the annulment of their marriage, pursuant to the provisions of Article 767, paragraph (2) of the Civil Code as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 749 of the relevant Code.
