Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 13, paragraphs (3) through (5) of the National Public Service Act as amended apply to fiscal years from fiscal year 1949 onward, and the provisions of Article 6 of these Supplementary Provisions and the provisions amending Article 10 of the Mariners' Employment Security Act (Act No. 130 of 1948) in Article 7 of these Supplementary Provisions apply from the date specified separately by rules of the National Personnel Authority.
この法律は、公布の日から、施行する。但し、改正後の国家公務員法第十三条第三項から第五項までの規定は、昭和二十四年度以後の会計年度について適用し、この附則第六条の規定及びこの附則第七条中船員職業安定法（昭和二十三年法律第百三十号）第十条の改正規定は、別に人事院規則で定める日から適用する。
