When finding that an application for licensing as referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, meets the following standards, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must license the applicant, as provided for in the same paragraph:
the applicant has a sufficient financial basis to soundly perform the relevant services;
申請者が、当該事業を健全に遂行するに足りる財産的基礎を有すること。
the applicant has taken the necessary measures to appropriately manage personal information and preserve the confidentiality of job posters and job seekers, etc.; and
個人情報を適正に管理し、及び求人者、求職者等の秘密を守るために必要な措置が講じられていること。
in addition to the requirements set forth in the preceding two items, the applicant must possess the ability to properly carry out the relevant business activities.
前二号に定めるもののほか、申請者が、当該事業を適正に遂行することができる能力を有すること。
If the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare does not grant the license as referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the Minister must notify the applicant of this without delay, indicating the reasons therefor.
厚生労働大臣は、前条第一項の許可をしないときは、遅滞なく、理由を示してその旨を当該申請者に通知しなければならない。
