Article 6-4Dates Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 7-4, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第六条の四（法附則第七条の四第二項第一号に規定する政令で定める日）
The dates specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 7-4, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis in paragraph (6) of that Article) are the days falling within the period during which the basic allowance under the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974) is not to be paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 21, Article 32, paragraph (1) or (2) or Article 33, paragraph (1) of that Act.
法附則第七条の四第二項第一号（同条第六項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する政令で定める日は、雇用保険法（昭和四十九年法律第百十六号）第二十一条、第三十二条第一項若しくは第二項又は第三十三条第一項の規定により同法の規定による基本手当を支給しないこととされる期間に属する日とする。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the case where the provisions of Article 7-4, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are applied mutatis mutandis in Article 11-5 or Article 13-6, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act.
前項の規定は、法附則第十一条の五又は第十三条の六第三項において法附則第七条の四第二項第一号の規定を準用する場合について準用する。
