Article 3-4-2Method of Calculating the Total Number of Insured Persons Covered by Public Pensions
第三条の四の二（公的年金被保険者総数の算定方法）
With regard to the method of calculating the total number of insured persons covered by public pensions prescribed in Article 43-4, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, the provisions of Article 4-4-3 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act (Cabinet Order No. 184 of 1959) apply mutatis mutandis.
法第四十三条の四第一項第一号に規定する公的年金被保険者総数の算定方法については、国民年金法施行令（昭和三十四年政令第百八十四号）第四条の四の三の規定を準用する。
