Article 3-12-15Special Provisions on Calculating the Aggregate Amount of Standardized Remuneration for the Subject Period Relating to a Period Before April 1, 2003

In applying Article 3-12-5 where the standard monthly remuneration for a month in which the previous standard monthly remuneration prescribed in Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Act has been deemed to be the standard monthly remuneration for that month pursuant to that paragraph has been revised pursuant to Article 78-14, paragraph (2) of the Act, the phrase "the standard monthly remuneration (in the case of a month in which the previous standard monthly remuneration prescribed in Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Act has been deemed to be the standard monthly remuneration for that month pursuant to that paragraph, that previous standard monthly remuneration)" in Article 3-12-5 is deemed to be replaced with "the standard monthly remuneration".
