Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of July 1, 2000; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、平成十二年七月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions amending Article 28, paragraph (1) of the Explosives Control Act in Article 3 (limited to the part adding "a statement of the organization and methods for ensuring safety and other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry" below "in order to prevent,"), the provisions amending paragraph (1) of Article 35 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "explosives magazines" with "explosives magazines and the organization and methods for ensuring safety at these facilities"), and the provisions amending paragraph (2) of that Article (limited to the part adding "and whether, among the matters provided for in the hazard prevention rules approved under Article 28, paragraph (1), those specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as pertaining to the organization and methods for ensuring safety are being implemented" below "whether they conform"), the provisions of Articles 5 and 10, and the provisions of Articles 31 through 34, Articles 45 through 50, Article 76, Article 77 and Article 79 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2001
第三条中火薬類取締法第二十八条第一項の改正規定（「防止するため、」の下に「保安の確保のための組織及び方法その他経済産業省令で定める事項について記載した」を加える部分に限る。）、同法第三十五条第一項の改正規定（「火薬庫に」を「火薬庫並びにこれらの施設における保安の確保のための組織及び方法に」に改める部分に限る。）及び同条第二項の改正規定（「適合しているかどうか」の下に「並びに第二十八条第一項の認可を受けた危害予防規程に定められた事項のうち保安の確保のための組織及び方法に係るものとして経済産業省令で定めるものを実施しているかどうか」を加える部分に限る。）、第五条及び第十条の規定並びに附則第三十一条から第三十四条まで、第四十五条から第五十条まで、第七十六条、第七十七条及び第七十九条の規定 平成十三年四月一日
