第五条（検討）
At an appropriate time after this Act comes into effect, the government is to take into account the status of enforcement of the New Act and, if it finds it necessary, review the provisions of the New Act and take necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後適当な時期において、新法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
