A person that falls under any of the following items is punished by a fine of not more than two hundred thousand yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
a person that fails to make notification or makes false notification, in violation of the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (1);
第六条第一項の規定に違反して、届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that fails to give notice, in violation of the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73);
a person that fails to give public notice or gives false public notice, in violation of the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (4) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73);
a person that fails to prepare or keep books and documents under the provisions of Article 49 or prepares false books and documents;
第四十九条の規定による帳簿書類の作成若しくは保存をせず、又は虚偽の帳簿書類を作成した者
a person that fails to make a report or makes a false report, in violation of the provisions of Article 50;
第五十条の規定に違反して、報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者
a person that violates an order under the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (1);
第五十二条第一項の規定による命令に違反した者
a person that fails to make notification or makes false notification, in violation of the provisions of Article 58, paragraph (1);
第五十八条第一項の規定に違反して、届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that fails to give notice, in violation of the provisions of Article 80, paragraph (4), Article 82, paragraph (2), or Article 83, paragraph (2); or
a person that fails to give public notice or gives false public notice, in violation of the provisions of Article 83, paragraph (3).
