To the extent necessary for the enforcement of this Act the competent ministers may collect reports on the status of services from a defined contribution pension operational management institution or have the relevant officials enter the business office of the defined contribution pension operational management institution, ask persons concerned questions, or conduct on-site inspection on the status of services.
主務大臣は、この法律の施行に必要な限度において、確定拠出年金運営管理機関に対し、その業務の状況に関する報告を徴し、又は当該職員をして確定拠出年金運営管理機関の営業所に立ち入って関係者に質問させ、若しくは実地にその状況を検査させることができる。
The provisions of Article 51, paragraphs (2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the asking of questions and the conducting of inspections under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
