第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Development of Related Acts for the Promotion of Reform to Enhance Regional Autonomy and Independence (February 1, 2012).
この政令は、地域の自主性及び自立性を高めるための改革の推進を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律附則第一条第六号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十四年二月一日）から施行する。
