第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Narcotics Control Act, etc. (excluding the portion prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) (August 25, 1990).
この政令は、麻薬取締法等の一部を改正する法律（同法附則第一条ただし書に規定する部分を除く。）の施行の日（平成二年八月二十五日）から施行する。
