A person falling under any of the following items is subject to a civil fine of no more than three hundred thousand yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三十万円以下の過料に処する。
a person failing to post a notice or posting a false notice under Article 16, paragraph (2), or failing to make the information available for public inspection or making false information available for public inspection in violation of that paragraph;
a person failing to file or falsely filing a notification under Article 18, Article 19, paragraph (2) or (7), Article 20, paragraph (2) or (7), or Article 21, paragraph (1);
a person failing to make a notification, failing to make a report, falsely making a notification, or falsely making a report as provided for in Article 23, paragraph (4);
第二十三条第四項前段の規定による通知若しくは報告をせず、又は虚偽の通知若しくは報告をした者
a person using information concerning the harm suffered by a consumer in violation of Article 24;
a person refusing a request as referred to in Article 26 in violation of that Article;
a person, in violation of Article 31, paragraph (1), that fails to prepare financial statements, fails to state or record the required information in its financial statements, or states or records false information in its financial statements;
a person a person failing to keep documents, in violation of Article 31, paragraph (2) ;
第三十一条第二項の規定に違反して、書類を備え置かなかった者
a person refusing a request set forth in any of the items of Article 31, paragraph (3) without reasonable grounds for doing so, in violation of paragraph (4) of that Article;
a person failing to submit a document, or stating or recording false information in a document and submitting it, in violation of Article 31, paragraph (5);
第三十一条第五項の規定に違反して、書類を提出せず、又は書類に虚偽の記載若しくは記録をして提出した者
a person using or providing information for purposes other than the ones prescribed in Article 40, paragraph (2), in violation of that paragraph .
