In exercising the right to demand an injunction (including a litigation involving a request to confirm the absence of a right to demand an injunction or a related obligation; the same applies in Article 28), a qualified consumer organization must obtain consent from the consumer in advance, in using information that it has collected from a consumer on damage suffered by that consumer, if it will use the information in such a way that the other party or third parties can identify the consumer suffering the damage.
