Article 12-5Requests to Disclose the Measures Taken Related to Injunction Demands
第十二条の五（差止請求に係る講じた措置の開示要請）
If the trader or its agent is obliged upon a demand pursuant to Article 12, paragraph (3) or paragraph (4) to discontinue, prevent, or take necessary measures for discontinuing or preventing the conduct prescribed in these provisions, the qualified consumer organization that made the demand may demand that the trader or its agent disclose the content of the measures they have taken to perform said obligations, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Order.
The trader or its agent must endeavor to respond to the requests under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
