In this Code, the order of the competent ministry is the Ministry of Justice Order, the National Public Safety Commission Rule, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Order, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Order, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Order, the Ministry of the Environment Order and the Ministry of Defense Order.
この法律における主務省令は、法務省令、国家公安委員会規則、厚生労働省令、農林水産省令、経済産業省令、国土交通省令、環境省令及び防衛省令とする。
