Based on the Plan for Promoting the Protection of Injured Parties, etc., the government is to provide the grant under Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Act on General Rules for Incorporated Administrative Agencies (Act No. 103 of 1999) to the National Agency for Automotive Safety & Victims' Aid, the capital contribution under Article 5, paragraph (3) of the Act on the National Agency for Automotive Safety & Victims' Aid, Independent Administrative Agency and the loan under Article 18, paragraph (1) of that Act, and subsidies to the National Agency for Automotive Safety & Victims' Aid and other persons that implement the programs prescribed in the Plan for Promoting the Protection of Injured Parties, etc.
政府は、被害者保護増進等計画に基づき、独立行政法人自動車事故対策機構に対する独立行政法人通則法（平成十一年法律第百三号）第四十六条第一項の交付並びに独立行政法人自動車事故対策機構法第五条第三項の出資及び同法第十八条第一項の貸付け並びに独立行政法人自動車事故対策機構その他の被害者保護増進等計画に規定する事業を実施する者に対する補助を行うものとする。
