第四条
With regard to a notification or the submission of a report made before the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions pertaining to interlocking officers prescribed in Article 13, paragraph (3) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade prior to amendment, or to shareholding by a person other than a company prescribed in Article 14, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行前にした改正前の私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律第十三条第三項に規定する役員の兼任又は同法第十四条第二項に規定する会社以外の者による株式所有に係る届出又は報告書の提出については、なお従前の例による。
