第四条（禁止命令等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (8) of the Anti-Stalking Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act as amended by Article 2" in this Article) to the orders listed below, the phrase "for one year counting from the day on which the prohibition order, etc. was issued" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "from the time the prohibition order, etc. was issued until the day on which one year has elapsed from the day prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Anti-Stalking Act (Act No. 102 of 2016)":
次に掲げる命令についての第二条の規定による改正後のストーカー行為等の規制等に関する法律（以下この条において「第二条による改正後の法」という。）第五条第八項の規定の適用については、同項中「日から起算して一年」とあるのは、「時から、ストーカー行為等の規制等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成二十八年法律第百二号）附則第一条ただし書に規定する日から起算して一年を経過する日まで」とする。
an order under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Anti-Stalking Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to as the "Act before amendment by Article 2" in the following Article) issued before the day prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions;
an order under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act as amended by Article 2 issued, within one year from the day prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, to a person who received an order under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act before amendment by Article 1 before the date on which this Act comes into effect, with regard to the act in violation of the provisions of Article 3 of the Act before amendment by Article 1 to which that order relates.
この法律の施行の日前に第一条による改正前の法第五条第一項の規定による命令を受けた者に対し、当該命令に係る第一条による改正前の法第三条の規定に違反する行為について附則第一条ただし書に規定する日から起算して一年以内にした第二条による改正後の法第五条第一項の規定による命令
When an order under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act as amended by Article 2 as listed in item (ii) of the preceding paragraph has been issued, the order under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act before amendment by Article 1 that was issued, before the date on which this Act comes into effect, to the person who received that order is to cease to be effective.
前項第二号に掲げる第二条による改正後の法第五条第一項の規定による命令をしたときは、当該命令を受けた者に対し当該この法律の施行の日前にした第一条による改正前の法第五条第一項の規定による命令は、その効力を失うものとする。
