Affairs falling within the authority of the Public Safety Commission under this Act may be assigned to the Chief of Prefectural Police Headquarters, etc. to perform.
A District Public Safety Commission may have a Chief of a District Headquarters or the Chief of a Police Station perform the affairs referred to in the preceding paragraph, from among the affairs delegated to it by the Hokkaido Public Safety Commission pursuant to the provisions of Article 15.
