Article 11Other Measures Contributing to the Prevention, etc. of Stalking, etc.
第十一条（ストーカー行為等の防止等に資するためのその他の措置）
The national government and local public entities must endeavor to take the following measures contributing to the prevention of stalking, etc. and the protection of persons targeted by stalking, etc.:
国及び地方公共団体は、ストーカー行為等の防止及びストーカー行為等の相手方の保護に資するための次に掲げる措置を講ずるよう努めなければならない。
ascertaining the actual state of stalking, etc.;
ストーカー行為等の実態の把握
training personnel and improving their qualities;
人材の養成及び資質の向上
disseminating knowledge and raising awareness through educational activities, public relations activities, etc.;
教育活動、広報活動等を通じた知識の普及及び啓発
cooperating and collaborating with voluntary organizational activities in the private sector, and supporting those activities.
民間の自主的な組織活動との連携協力及びその支援
