A private lodging intermediary must display a sign in a form specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in a place easily visible to the public at each of their places of business or offices.

A private lodging intermediary may make a public notice on the date of registration, registration number and other particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism by electronic or magnetic means. In this case, the provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply.
