The provisions then in force continue to govern dispositions on an application for registration under Article 7 of the Payment Services Act filed before the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, for which no disposition on whether to grant registration has been made at the time those provisions come into effect.
