第十三条（権限の委任）
The Prime Minister delegates the authority under Article 3, paragraph (1) and Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、附則第三条第一項及び第十一条第一項の規定による権限を金融庁長官に委任する。
The Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency may, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, delegate part of the authority delegated to the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Director-Generals of Local Finance Bureaus or Local Finance Branch Bureaus.
金融庁長官は、政令で定めるところにより、前項の規定により委任された権限を財務局長又は財務支局長に委任することができる。
