Inspection officials who conduct on-site inspections pursuant to the provisions of Article 24, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 54, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 62-20, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-15, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-22-18, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 63-35, paragraph (1) or (2), Article 80, paragraph (1) or (2), or Article 95 must carry an identification and present it when requested by any person concerned.
第二十四条第一項若しくは第二項、第五十四条第一項若しくは第二項、第六十二条の二十第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の十五第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の二十二の十八第一項若しくは第二項、第六十三条の三十五第一項若しくは第二項、第八十条第一項若しくは第二項又は第九十五条の規定により立入検査をする職員は、その身分を示す証明書を携帯し、関係者の請求があったときは、これを提示しなければならない。
The authority to conduct an on-site inspection under the respective provisions prescribed in the preceding paragraph must not be interpreted as being granted for the purpose of criminal investigation.
前項に規定する各規定による立入検査の権限は、犯罪捜査のために認められたものと解してはならない。
