Article 82-2Special Provisions on Instructions on Investment If Assets Managed per Individual Relating to a Person Who Became a Participant of an Individual-type Pension Plan Are Transferred
第八十二条の二（個人型年金加入者となった者等の個人別管理資産の移換があった場合の運用の指図の特例）
The provisions of Article 25-2 apply mutatis mutandis to the case where assets managed per individual relating to a participant of an individual-type pension plan are transferred pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article. In this case, the phrase "the employer's contribution, etc. paid" in Article 25-2, paragraph (3) is deemed to be replaced with "the assets managed per individual transferred pursuant to the provisions of Article 82, paragraph (1)".
