Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

附則第三項の規定 公布の日
the provision amending Article 6 (including its caption): the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第六条（見出しを含む。）の改正規定 公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日
The provisions of Article 5, paragraph (6) as amended by this Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (10) of that Article) apply to orders under paragraph (1) of that Article and dispositions under paragraph (9) of that Article (hereinafter referred to as "orders, etc." in this paragraph) issued after this Act comes into effect, and with regard to notifications concerning orders, etc. issued before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律による改正後の第五条第六項（同条第十項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、この法律の施行後にした同条第一項の規定による命令及び同条第九項の規定による処分（以下この項において「命令等」という。）について適用し、この法律の施行前にした命令等に係る通知については、なお従前の例による。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) are specified by Cabinet Order.
前項に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
