附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。
With regard to any provision of an ordinance of a local public entity that provides for the punishment of an act regulated by this Act, the part concerning that act is to cease to be effective at the same time as this Act comes into effect.
地方公共団体の条例の規定で、この法律で規制する行為を処罰する旨を定めているものの当該行為に係る部分については、この法律の施行と同時に、その効力を失うものとする。
In the case where a provision of an ordinance ceases to be effective pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the local public entity concerned does not provide otherwise by ordinance, with regard to the punishment of violations committed before the provision ceases to be effective, the provisions then in force continue to govern even after it ceases to be effective.
前項の規定により条例の規定がその効力を失う場合において、当該地方公共団体が条例で別段の定めをしないときは、その失効前にした違反行為の処罰については、その失効後も、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the regulation of stalking, etc. and the systems concerning assistance, etc. for the persons targeted by it, a review is to be conducted around five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the status of enforcement of this Act, and necessary measures are to be taken based on the results.
ストーカー行為等についての規制、その相手方に対する援助等に関する制度については、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況を勘案して検討が加えられ、その結果に基づいて必要な措置が講ぜられるべきものとする。
