Supplementary Provisions, Article 46Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Access to Information Held by Administrative Organs
第四十六条（行政機関の保有する情報の公開に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
In the case where the date on which this Act comes into effect is prior to the date on which the Act on the Arrangement, etc. of Relevant Acts Incidental to the Enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Administrative Organs, etc. comes into effect, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) of the Act on Access to Information Held by Administrative Organs during the period up to the day before the date on which that Act comes into effect, the phrase "Article 12" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "Article 12, paragraphs (1) through (3)".
この法律の施行の日が行政機関の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律等の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律の施行の日前である場合には、同法の施行の日の前日までの間における行政機関の保有する情報の公開に関する法律第三十六条第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「第十二条」とあるのは、「第十二条第一項から第三項まで」とする。
