第四十九条（調整規定）
If the Effective Date is before the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securement of Stable Supply of Elderly Persons' Housing, etc., with regard to the application, during the period up to the day preceding the date of enforcement of that Act, of Article 118, paragraph (6) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act and Article 118, paragraph (6) of the amended 2006 Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the phrase "Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Act on Securement of Stable Supply of Elderly Persons' Housing" in these provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Article 3-2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Securement of Stable Supply of Elderly Persons' Housing (Act No. 26 of 2001)".
施行日が高齢者の居住の安定確保に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日前である場合には、同法の施行の日の前日までの間における新介護保険法第百十八条第六項及び改正後の平成十八年旧介護保険法第百十八条第六項の規定の適用については、これらの規定中「高齢者の居住の安定確保に関する法律第四条第一項」とあるのは、「高齢者の居住の安定確保に関する法律（平成十三年法律第二十六号）第三条の二第一項」とする。
