Supplementary Provisions, Article 9
第九条
The enactment or amendment of Prefectural or Municipal Ordinances necessary to enforce this Act, the procedure for designation under Article 24-3, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the procedure for designation under the main clause of Article 42-2, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-2 of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act (limited to that pertaining to Periodic Patrol and On-Demand Home-Visit Long-Term Care and Nursing and combined service), the procedure for designation under the main clause of Article 42-2, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-13, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act, and other acts may be performed even before the Effective Date.
この法律の施行のために必要な条例の制定又は改正、新介護保険法第二十四条の三第一項の指定の手続、新介護保険法第七十八条の二の規定による新介護保険法第四十二条の二第一項本文の指定の手続（定期巡回・随時対応型訪問介護看護及び複合型サービスに係るものに限る。）、新介護保険法第七十八条の十三第一項の規定による新介護保険法第四十二条の二第一項本文の指定の手続その他の行為は、施行日前においても行うことができる。
