第四条
With regard to insurance benefits under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to its amendment by this Act pertaining to In-Home Service, In-Home Long-Term Care Support or Facility Service provided before the date of enforcement of this Act (for the provisions set forth in the items of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the respective provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
