Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Procedures for Dispositions on the Collection of Evidence Prior to the Filing of an Action

第十条（訴えの提起前における証拠収集の処分の手続に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 132-6, paragraph (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment apply to procedures for dispositions on the collection of evidence prior to the filing of an action for which a petition is filed on or after the Effective Date.

第二条改正後民事訴訟法第百三十二条の六第三項の規定は、施行日以後に申し立てられる訴えの提起前における証拠収集の処分の手続について、適用する。
