Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Motions or Statements Made Using an Electronic Data Processing System

第十一条（電子情報処理組織による申立て等に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Part I, Chapter VII of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment apply to a motion or statement prescribed in Article 132-10, paragraph (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure After the Article 2 Amendment in cases after the Article 2 amendment, and with regard to a motion or statement prescribed in Article 132-10, paragraph (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure Before the Article 2 Amendment in cases before the Article 2 amendment, the provisions of that Article remain in force even on or after the Effective Date.

第二条改正後民事訴訟法第一編第七章の規定は、第二条改正後事件における第二条改正後民事訴訟法第百三十二条の十第一項に規定する申立て等について適用し、第二条改正前事件における第二条改正前民事訴訟法第百三十二条の十第一項に規定する申立て等については、同条の規定は、施行日以後も、なおその効力を有する。
