第八条（定期金による賠償を命じた確定判決の変更を求める訴えに関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 117 of the New Act do not apply to a case in which oral arguments in the court of first instance concluded before the New Act comes into effect.

新法第百十七条の規定は、新法の施行前に第一審裁判所における口頭弁論が終結した事件については、適用しない。
