第九条（訴えに関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 141 of the New Act do not apply if an order to prepay the expenses necessary for summoning the parties to appear for a court date was issued before the New Act comes into effect.
新法第百四十一条の規定は、新法の施行前に期日の呼出しに必要な費用の予納を命じた場合には、適用しない。
The proviso to Article 146, paragraph (1) of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis under the New Act) does not apply, except with regard to matters concerning an agreement establishing the court of jurisdiction, to the filing of a counterclaim relating to a principal action filed before the New Act comes into effect.
新法第百四十六条第一項ただし書（新法において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、管轄裁判所を定める合意に関する事項を除き、新法の施行前に提起された本訴に係る反訴の提起については、適用しない。
