第七条（送達に関する経過措置）
If, before the New Act comes into effect, a court clerk has sent mail for the service of documents, or has decided to have a court enforcement officer handle the work of that service, the provisions then in force continue to govern that service.
新法の施行前に裁判所書記官が書類の送達のために郵便を差し出し、又は執行官にその送達の事務を取り扱わせることとした場合には、当該送達については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 104, paragraph (3) of the New Act do not apply to the first service effected after the New Act comes into effect.
新法第百四条第三項の規定は、新法の施行後最初にする送達については、適用しない。
With regard to service by publication based on a petition filed before the New Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 110, paragraph (1) of the New Act.
新法の施行前にした申立てに係る公示送達については、新法第百十条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 113 of the New Act do not apply to service by publication for which the posting began before the New Act comes into effect.
新法第百十三条の規定は、新法の施行前に掲示を始めた公示送達については、適用しない。
