Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Summons to a Court Date

第六条（期日の呼出しに関する経過措置）

The provisions of the proviso to Article 94, paragraph (2) of the New Act do not apply if, before the New Act comes into effect, a summons to a court date was made by a method found to be appropriate other than the method provided for in Article 154, paragraph (1) of the Former Act.

新法第九十四条第二項ただし書の規定は、新法の施行前に旧法第百五十四条第一項に定める方法以外の相当と認める方法による期日の呼出しをした場合には、適用しない。
