Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Delegation to Rules of the Supreme Court
第二十六条（最高裁判所規則への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 3 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, matters necessary for the handling of cases pending before a court at the time the New Act comes into effect are specified by Rules of the Supreme Court.
附則第三条から前条までに規定するもののほか、新法の施行の際現に裁判所に係属している事件の処理に関し必要な事項は、最高裁判所規則で定める。
