第二十七条（検討）
With regard to the system of orders to submit a document that covers a document that a public officer or a person who was a public officer keeps or possesses in connection with their duties, as prescribed in Article 220, item (iv) of the New Act, a comprehensive review is to be conducted, in parallel with the review being conducted concerning the system for disclosing information held by administrative organs, and necessary measures are to be taken based on the results.
新法第二百二十条第四号に規定する公務員又は公務員であった者がその職務に関し保管し、又は所持する文書を対象とする文書提出命令の制度については、行政機関の保有する情報を公開するための制度に関して行われている検討と並行して、総合的な検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
The measures referred to in the preceding paragraph are to be taken with two years after the promulgation of the New Act as the target.
