第二十二条（再審に関する経過措置）
With regard to a case in which an action for retrial was filed or a demand for a retrial was made before the New Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 345 through 348 of the New Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis under the New Act).
新法の施行前に再審の訴えの提起又は再審の申立てがあった事件については、新法第三百四十五条から第三百四十八条までの規定（これらの規定を新法において準用する場合を含む。）にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
