第十四条（疎明に代わる保証金の供託等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the substitution for a prima facie showing in the case where, before the New Act comes into effect, a party or legal representative was made to deposit security or to swear to the truth of their allegation, the provisions then in force continue to govern, except for the matters provided for in Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions.
