Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Concerning Preparatory Proceedings
第十三条（準備手続に関する経過措置）
With regard to preparatory proceedings to which a case was referred before the New Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, except for matters concerning summons to a court date and service.
新法の施行前に付された準備手続に関しては、期日の呼出し及び送達に関する事項を除き、なお従前の例による。
