Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2008; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, come into effect on July 1, 2007.
