Upon the request of a person whose business reputation has been harmed, the court may order the person that has intentionally or negligently engaged in unfair competition and thereby injured the business reputation of that other person to take necessary measures to restore the other person's business reputation, in lieu of or in addition to compensation for loss or damage.
