第二条（建物保護に関する法律等の廃止）
The following Acts are repealed:
次に掲げる法律は、廃止する。
Act on the Protection of Buildings (Act No. 40 of 1909);
建物保護に関する法律（明治四十二年法律第四十号）
Land Lease Act (Act No. 49 of 1921);
借地法（大正十年法律第四十九号）
Building Lease Act (Act No. 50 of 1921).
借家法（大正十年法律第五十号）
