The license stated in Article 5, paragraph (1) may be granted under certain conditions, which may be subsequently altered.
第五条第一項の許可には、条件を付し、及びこれを変更することができる。
The conditions provided for in the preceding paragraph are limited to what is minimally necessary, either in view of the purpose of the license or to ensure the secure implementation of the things under the license, and must not impose any undue obligation upon the person that is granted the license.
前項の条件は、当該許可の趣旨に照らして、又は当該許可に係る事項の確実な実施を図るために必要な最小限度のものに限り、かつ、当該許可を受ける者に不当な義務を課することとなるものであつてはならない。
