If the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare grants the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1), the Minister must issue license certificates to cover the number of places of business where the licensee will engage in worker dispatching services, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
A person that has been issued a license certificate must keep it at the place of business where the person engages in worker dispatching services and present it to a person concerned if asked.
許可証の交付を受けた者は、当該許可証を、労働者派遣事業を行う事業所ごとに備え付けるとともに、関係者から請求があつたときは提示しなければならない。
If an issued license certificate is lost or destroyed, the person that was issued that license certificate must promptly notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of this and have the license certificate reissued.
許可証の交付を受けた者は、当該許可証を亡失し、又は当該許可証が滅失したときは、速やかにその旨を厚生労働大臣に届け出て、許可証の再交付を受けなければならない。
