Any person that falls under any of the following items is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has submitted a written application prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (5)) containing a false statement, or documents prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (5)) containing a false statement;
a person that has failed to submit a notification or has submitted a false notification under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1), Article 13, paragraph (1), or Article 23, paragraph (4), or that has entered a false statement and submitted documents prescribed in Article 11, paragraph (1);
a person that has failed to submit a notification or submitted a false notification under the provisions of Article 35;
第三十五条の規定による通知をせず、又は虚偽の通知をした者
a person that has failed to submit a report or has submitted a false report under the provisions of Article 50; or
第五十条の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者
a person that has refused, obstructed, or evaded an entry or inspection under the provisions of Article 51, paragraph (1), or that has failed to reply to questions or has given false statements.
第五十一条第一項の規定による立入り若しくは検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、又は質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をした者
